Are you ready to make a difference in a unique environment? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hydebank Healthcare This part-time position offers a chance to support healthcare services within a prison setting while developing your administrative skills.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Band 3)
• Location: Hydebank Healthcare
• Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday (minimum 25 hours per week, hours to be discussed)
• Pay: £11.67 per hour, temporary on going

What You'll Do:

• Liaise with various staff and departments for effective administrative support.
• Handle queries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain and update patient information using various computer systems.
• Process and collate information for statistical purposes.
• Schedule appointments and manage waiting lists efficiently.
• Perform typing duties for reports, letters, and meeting minutes.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language
• 1 year in secretarial/admin/clerical roles.
• Proficiency in office software and strong organisational skills.
