With a strong commitment to quality care and continuous improvement, I am looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Living Registered Manager to lead the service and a dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring compliance with people's needs and progress.

  • Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

  • Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a supported living or residential care setting.

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.

  • Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office applications.
