Brook Street Ltd are pleased to announce a readily available admin position within MOD - in Tidworth. The role is based on a full-time, on-site temporary assignment, Monday-Friday at an hourly rate of £12.99

Join our client team to support Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) in delivering safe and effective healthcare within the firm base at the regional level. They are dedicated to enhancing and sustaining operational effectiveness through committed support and coordination.

• Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

- Medical reception work as well as general admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the medical centre.

- Covering reception desk

- Answering telephone queries and booking in and out of patients.

- Assisting with management of clinical diaries and clinics.

- Using patient tracking database to record Pts clinical journey.

- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes

- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources

- Preparing routine correspondence

Pay Rate: £12.99/ hr + additional 50p allowance for each worked hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37hrs per week

Duration: end of assignment: 13/12/24, extension possibility based on your performance
