Role Overview
As a Senior Administrator you will play a key role in managing and delivering assessments within defined timelines. You will work closely with examiners, internal colleagues, and external suppliers to ensure that all assessment processes are conducted smoothly. From preparing assessments to reporting results, you will help uphold the high standards of our qualification offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment Preparation & Delivery: Support the setup and configuration of internal databases and exam platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Examination Support: Assist the Senior Executive in preparing and authoring exam questions on the exam platform, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
- Accessibility Compliance: Help administer access arrangements under the Equality Act 2010, ensuring that candidates receive appropriate support during exams without undue advantage.
- Results Management: Collate exam marking and monitor outcomes for any anomalies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results to learners.
- Mitigating Circumstances: Gather and review documentation from candidates applying for mitigating circumstances, preparing reports for the panel meetings.
- System Improvement: Participate in system developments and testing to enhance operational readiness and suggest process improvements where necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external contacts, including over 400 external examiners and markers, to deliver key assessment processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing large datasets and working to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with online exam platforms and database systems (desirable).
