Job Description


An exciting and rewarding position based in the centre of Cardiff for a highly organised Welsh speaking Administrator. This company offers an incredible benefits package of hybrid working, flexible hours, 33 days holidays plus stats plus more!!

You will need to be fluent in spoken Welsh and able to work through the medium of Welsh and English, have excellent time management skills, be experienced in developing and maintaining detailed administrative processes plus having confident interpersonal skills plus being a real team player


You will be acting as first point of contact and provide executive support.
Providing comprehensive bilingual administration support to the office
Making practical arrangements for meetings, booking venues, organising travel and accommodation
Managing the Secretariat inbox, corresponding with members, responding to queries and ensuring prompt circulation of publications and information.
Attending all meetings, making meetings notes,
Corresponding bilingually through the medium of Welsh.
Maintaining up-to-date records and review and update administration processes.
Coordinate arrangements for the induction of new members.
