Job Description

My client based in Leicester LE7 is looking for a French speaking artwork coordinator.
-Monday to Friday
-£14.10/ph (£27,500 per annum)
-Hybrid
-Must be able to speak French on a professional level
-Mon-Thurs 8:30-17 Fri 8:30-15:45
-Temporary with a permanent opportunity

Duties:
*Licensing and Permissions - Help clear artwork permissions from publishers, designers, images & media companies.
*Reports and Updates - Run relevant reports to enable title management and update the Content Supply and Distribution teams on a regular basis
*Approvals - Obtain author/client approvals in the required timeline
*Marketing - Ensure that placeholders are provided for all titles and placeholders are replaced as soon as a final cover is available
*Copywriting and Proof reading - Adapt book descriptions to fit defined wordcount. Proofread artwork, book descriptions and metadata
*Invoicing - Coordinate the payment of invoices and ensure that invoices are submitted within the given period. Communicate with the accounts department and external companies to ensure that nothing is missed
*Quality Control - work with designers to ensure files are correct and to the highest quality
*Asset Management and Archiving - Upload/download files and transfer to relevant teams. Archive final files.
*Data Administration - Maintain accurate records and update FPS and SAP accordingly

What we're looking for:
-Must be able to read and write in French
-Must have previous administrative or coordinator experience
-Creativity
-Great communication skills
