Case Admin

Location: Hollesley Bay, Woodbridge
Salary: Hourly rate £11.59
Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm, 37 hours per week.

Our Public Sector based Client is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to provide essential administrative support within the Offender Management administrative hub. This role involves maintaining administration systems and servicing local courts within specified timescales. This a Full Time 12 week Temporary contract with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Process paperwork for various Offender Management functions.
  • Organise, produce, and maintain accurate records.
  • Take inbound Outbound calls
  • Act as the contact point for team communications, distributing them appropriately.
  • Complete monitoring returns and input requisitions into the finance database.
  • Prepare paperwork for managerial checks, including sentence calculations.
  • Correspond with stakeholders to ensure information sharing.
  • Maintain and check databases, manual filing systems, and logs, producing reports as required.
  • Act as secretary to meetings, organising agendas, taking, and distributing minutes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
