Salary: £11.44 per hour

Shift Patterns: Full-time with varied shifts including earlies, lates, long days, and sleep-ins.

We are looking for a part-time support worker to join an established organisation that supports vulnerable adults in a supported housing setting. You'll work a varied shift pattern and support some wonderful individuals who are independent, have diverse interests, and need your support to live fulfilling lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Supporting life skills, activities, independence, and community involvement
• Liaising with professionals and external providers
• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with families
• Updating all relevant paperwork

To be considered for this rewarding role, you should have personal or professional experience in person-centred care, flexibility to work varied shifts, and ideally, a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
