Belper, Derby (Office-Based)
£26,000 basic + Up to £1,500 Monthly Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers to deliver outstanding service and expert advice on boiler replacements

• Converting leads into sales, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets

• Building strong relationships through a consultative and customer-focused approach

• Working collaboratively within a dynamic and driven team to achieve shared goals

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year's targeted sales experience in the past 3 years

• A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and people skills

• Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

• A professional, proactive attitude and desire to succeed
