We're now seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team!

Job Description:

We're looking for someone with a bubbly personality who loves playing games, being a bit silly, and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. If you enjoy being creative, energetic, and can bring a sense of fun to our community, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and care to children and young people in a residential setting.

  • Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages growth and well-being.

  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular team meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience supporting children and young people in a residential or similar setting.

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare is essential. A Level 4 in Residential Childcare is desirable but willingness to work towards

  • You must be a driver with a clean license and have access to a car for work-related activities.

  • We're looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and enjoys engaging in fun activities with our residents.
