Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager in Children's Residential Care

I am delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's service in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role offers the chance to establish and maintain high-quality care within a residential setting, empowering children and young people with disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and development of the service to ensure it meets the highest standards of care.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to create a person-centred culture that supports the growth and well-being of both staff and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain a strong understanding of these standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Possesses supervisory experience in children's residential care services.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems.
