We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our growing team based in Werrington, Peterborough.

About the Role: As our Registered Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:

• Leading and Inspiring: Overseeing a team of Service Managers and supporting staff.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to CQC regulations and best practice standards.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks to service users' well-being.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing service improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a team of Service Managers.
• Conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
