Salary: £40000 to £50000

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

My esteemed and well respected client is launching a new supported living and residential service for young adults with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex needs in Wolverhampton. They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead this innovative service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the supported living and residential service.
• Ensure compliance regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in CQC or OFSTED registered services.
• Relevant care management qualification
• Strong background in managing services for individuals with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain high standards of care.
• Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young adults.
• Full UK Driving licence with own vehicle
