Registered Manager

Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £40,000 (plus generous joining bonus)

Are you a passionate and hands-on leader looking to make a real difference? Join an established provider as their new Registered Manager and oversee the day-to-day management of their new and welcoming residential service for adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver the highest quality care.
• Ensure the best outcomes for the people you support.
• Oversee all aspects of service management, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
• Strong CQC experience.
• Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
