Job Description
Registered Manager - Supported Living
Salary: Up to £40,000 annually (depending on experience)
Joining Bonus: £2,000
Location: Kings Lynn
Type: Full Time with on-call duties
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to join an established team and oversee the day to day management of a good rated supported living service. This role involves leading and supporting individuals to live independently and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Hold registration and ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues and individuals in our services.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, setting a positive example.
- Maintain strong oversight of services, ensuring balanced operations and training compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with families, external professionals, and regulators.
- Transition new individuals into our services and support them to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure high-quality electronic care plans and associated documentation.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support quality and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
- Previous CQC registration
- Experience in - management
- Knowledge of MAPA (CPI) and PBS (Positive Behaviour Support)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High level of personal integrity and commitment to high standards of service
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Understanding of commercial and financial principles
- Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
