Job Description
**Job Title:** Temporary Administrator - Justice Department
**Location:** Manchester City centre
**Hourly Rate:** £11.44 per hour
**Contract Duration:** Full-time, approximately 3 months with potential for extension
**Job Description:**
A rewarding opportunity has arisen to work within the Justice Department as a full-time Administrator. Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extending the contract.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- **Minute Taking:** Accurately take and prepare minutes during meetings, ensuring all action points are clearly documented.
- **Reception Support:** Provide professional and friendly reception support, greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- **Coordination:** Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments as required.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in compliance with the department's standards and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- **Enhanced Checks:** Successful candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background checks due to the sensitive nature of the role.
