Job Description
LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR (Maternity Cover)
Key responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and schedule transport for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage and process logistics-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Resolve delivery or logistics issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels and shipments.
- Assist in preparing reports and analysing logistics performance.
- Support warehouse and production teams with logistics planning.
Key skills required.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or administration is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
