Job Description

LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR (Maternity Cover)

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and schedule transport for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Manage and process logistics-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices and customs paperwork.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Resolve delivery or logistics issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels and shipments.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analysing logistics performance.
  • Support warehouse and production teams with logistics planning.

Key skills required.

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or administration is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
