Brook Street is delighted to present a fantastic full-time, temporary position with the Ministry of Justice. Be part of a dynamic and dedicated team at Poole Magistrates Court, where you'll provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the justice system.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the admin team, your responsibilities will include:
- Basic Administrative Duties: Managing tasks such as post opening, photocopying, and filing to ensure the court operates smoothly.
- Phone and Customer Interaction: Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service with a professional and helpful approach.
- IT Use: Leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and Teams, to handle various administrative tasks.
- General Office Support: Assisting with routine tasks to maintain an organised and efficient workplace.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Polite, approachable, and capable of handling inquiries with a professional demeanour.
- Strong IT Knowledge: Confident using Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to bespoke systems.
- Good Telephone Manner: Comfortable handling calls with clarity and professionalism.
- Organised and Dependable: Able to manage time effectively and complete tasks with attention to detail.
Please note: The successful candidate will be subject to a Standard DBS check and 3-year referencing.
