Export Sales Administrator

We are supporting a client of ours based in Burford, Oxford who are looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate customer collections and deliveries through our warehouse.
  • Arrange and oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation for import/export processes.
  • Monitor stock levels on Sage and place orders when necessary.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct and manage risk assessments for both the showroom and warehouse.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional administrative and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communication skills, with a professional approach to engaging with customers and trade partners.
  • A self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
  • A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Use of Sage
  • Ability to manage and update in-house databases

All training will be provided.

Pay Rate: £27k/£28k.
