Job Description
Our public sector client is recruiting for an executive officer to join their team to support the Client Director. This is currently a temporary role until March 2025. There may be an extension, depending on business need. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The pay rate for this role is £13.05 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
This role will initially be fully office based. Depending on experience and training there may be flexibility for hybrid working. The office is based in Birmingham City Centre.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the client director. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Diary and inbox management (this will be around 50% of the role)
- Event management and planning for team days etc
- Travel and hotel bookings
- Attending meetings, taking notes and agendas
- Stakeholder management and support
- Supporting SLT when required
- Fantastic communication skills required for this role
- Knowledge of MS applications needed
Candidates with a strong administrative background will be considered for this role. This role will also require candidates that are highly organised. are able to use their initiative and able to manage their own workload.
