About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Deputy Manager ๐ก to support a vibrant team in a children's residential home in Melksham. If you're currently a Senior Residential Support Worker with leadership aspirations or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking a fresh challenge, this is your opportunity to shine! โจ
As a Deputy Manager, you will:

What You'll Bring

At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Support Worker in a children's residential setting or previous experience as a Deputy Manager.

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
