๐ท Annual Salary: Up to ยฃ55,000 per year + a ยฃ7,500 joining bonus

About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You'll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a team of committed professionals. ๐ก
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a warm and nurturing home where young people feel valued, safe, and supported. ๐
- Lead your team to provide outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people. ๐
- Achieve compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and maintain consistently high standards of care. โ
- Build, train, and inspire a compassionate and skilled team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement. ๐ช
- Collaborate with clinical and educational professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to deliver an integrated care model. ๐ค
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience: At least 2 years of managing an Ofsted-registered children's home rated "Good" or above.
โ
Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Residential Services (or equivalent).
โ
Knowledge: Experience of multidisciplinary meetings and working within an integrated care model.
โ
Passion: A commitment to ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential. ๐
โ
Flexibility: The ability to manage emergency placements and provide support when it's needed most.
