About the home: A compassionate and supportive care home, specialising in providing exceptional care and support for older adults, including those with a dementia diagnosis. Their mission is to ensure their residents lead fulfilling and independent lives, filled with joy and meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
• Develop and implement person centred care plans for residents.
• Engage in activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience in an elderly residential care setting.
• Proven shift leading experience.
• A commitment to going above and beyond for the people you support.
• A passion for getting involved in activities and making people smile.
