Customs - Sea Freight Administrator

Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Customs - Sea Freight Administrator to join a dynamic and growing freight forwarding and customs clearance division focusing on import and export operations

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the shipment process from booking to final delivery
  • Liaising with oversea agents, handling import and export clearance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to promote smooth operations
  • Process imports and export customs declarations through CDS
  • Maintain effective communication with clients for exceptional customer service


The ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a sea freight role is preferred
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT knowledge with the ability to navigate various operating systems


Salary will depend on experience - can be discussed on application
