Job Description
Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Mallusk to recruit a Transport Administrator to join their team. THis is a fixed term contract for 12 months
Duties:
Planning deliveries and collections for team of local drivers.
Creation of load lists for next morning deliveries.
Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy.
Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received in a timely fashion.
Liaise and communicate with other departments.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements.
General transport administrative duties.
What you'll need:
Previous experience in an administration role.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
The ability to work under pressure in a busy fast paced office.
Attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills.
Customer Focused attitude with excellent telephone etiquette.
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5pm & Friday 7:30am - 4pm
