Job Description


Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Ballymena to recruit a new full time and permanent Customs Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Transport department to process Customs Documents in a timely manner including RoI
  • Imports and Exports, CDS Imports and Exports, and TSS entries
  • Accurate data entry onto bespoke Customs systems
  • Handling incoming customer queries in a confident manner
  • Maintaining and updating an accurate Customer data base / files
  • General Administrative Tasks.


Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of using and fully proficient with software packages such as MS Excel & Word etc.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary for this will be dependent on experience - circa £25-26K
