Job Title: Customer Advisor
Location: Newtownards
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £12.59 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding housing services and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
