About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to provide expert tax guidance to a diverse client base. This role involves delivering strategic advice, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships, managing tax projects efficiently.

  • Provide expert tax advice on loss relief, interest relief, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, and capital allowances.

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify tax risks and opportunities.

  • Support transaction and restructuring teams on due diligence and insolvency cases.

  • Continuously develop expertise while mentoring junior colleagues.

Skills and Experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA (part) qualified.

  • Experience in accountancy practice with a solid corporate tax background.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with tax software is an advantage.
