Job Description

Job Title: Clerical Officer
Location: Newtownards
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £11.59 per hour Job

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Clerical Officer to join our team in Newtownards. This role is essential for ensuring efficient communication and administrative support within our clients organisation.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support daily administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
5 GCSE's at Grades A to C
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
