We are now seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Hinckley. If you have a strong grasp of funding solutions, are familiar with F&I regulations, and are eager to enhance your earning potential, this could be the ideal role for you.

About You

• Proven track record in motor finance sales or within a similarly regulated field

• Demonstrable success in meeting F&I targets and effectively converting leads

• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and consultative approach over the phone

• An ability to rapidly build trust and establish rapport with customers

• Experience as a Business or Sales Manager is highly regarded

• Solid understanding of financial products and FCA regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the finance expert throughout the sales process, helping customers secure suitable funding solutions

• Manage a pipeline of finance leads while collaborating closely with both sales and specialist teams

• Foster strong relationships with a panel of lenders and keep abreast of their latest policies and systems

• Advise on finance products and identify opportunities to enhance revenue

• Serve as the go-to resource for all motor finance queries, supporting overall F&I performance
