Key Responsibilities
As a Ward Clerk, your role will include:

• Filing: Organising and maintaining both physical and electronic files for easy access to information.
• Photocopying: Preparing and duplicating documents as needed for various departments.
• Ordering and Returning of Notes: Managing the ordering process for necessary documentation and ensuring timely returns.
• Maintaining Records and Databases: Keeping accurate records and updating databases to reflect current information.

Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have:

• A minimum of one year's experience in administration.
• GCSE in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification.

Working Hours and Pay

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Rate of Pay: £11.45 per hour, paid weekly.
