Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: The primary duty is to promptly answer incoming calls and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department. This often involves adhering to specific company protocols regarding call handling
Directing Calls: Operators assess the nature of each call and transfer it to the correct recipient. They may use an internal directory or ask callers for additional information to ensure proper routing
Providing Information: Operators often answer questions about the organization's services or policies, requiring them to be knowledgeable about the company's offerings
