Exciting Opportunity for an Aftersales Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team in Kings Lynn! This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop and aftersales team
• Leading and developing a team of Technicians and Service Advisors
• Ensuring all customer vehicles are repaired and serviced to the highest standards
• Providing excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about repairs and additional work
• Monitoring job allocation to Technicians based on skill set
• Maintaining accurate service and repair paperwork to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting the team with training and development to enhance performance
• Ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in top condition, cleaned, and valeted
