Exciting Administrative Support Opportunity at Slough County Court!
Brook Street is thrilled to offer a fantastic full-time, temporary role within Slough County Court. Join a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, working closely with the judiciary. This is a unique chance to be a part of the Ministry of Justice and gain invaluable experience.

What You'll Be Doing: As an essential part of the admin team, you'll handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of the court. You will:
- Collaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.
- Drawing Orders: Assist in drafting and managing orders made by the judiciary, ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage letters and emails with professionalism, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
- Cloud Video Platform Work: Facilitate video hearings, assisting with the setup and coordination of virtual court proceedings.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as a key point of contact between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
- Covering Usher Correspondence: Assist with correspondence tasks usually handled by court ushers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Ad Hoc Office Duties: Support various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the court.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally is essential.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Organised: You excel in managing multiple tasks, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Admin Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but training will be provided to help you succeed.
