Part-Time Case Admin - Portsmouth Probation Service

📍 Location: Portsmouth Probation Service, PO1 2BD
📄 Contract: Temporary assignment until 14 July with possibility of extension
⏳ Hours: Part-Time, 19 hours per week
💷 Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

About Our Client:

The Probation Service plays a vital role in the criminal justice system, ensuring the effective management of offenders and safeguarding communities. As part of this mission, Case Administrators provide essential support to probation teams, helping to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in case processing.

Your Role:

As a Case Admin, you will be responsible for key administrative functions that keep the probation service running efficiently. Your duties will include:

✅ Court Report Allocation: Ensuring all reports are assigned and processed in a timely manner.
✅ Case Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records for new cases, ensuring all information is correct.
✅ Safeguarding & Domestic Abuse Checks: Completing checks and collating responses to support risk assessment processes.
✅ Database Accuracy: Ensuring all data is correctly inputted and performance measures are met.

Requirements:

📌 BPSS Vetting + Enhanced DBS clearance required
📌 3 years of referencing checks
