Are you a detail-oriented and proactive administrator looking for a meaningful role? Brook Street is hiring an Admin Officer to join Basingstoke Magistrates Court, where your work will directly support court operations and ensure justice runs smoothly.
The Role at a Glance:

Contract: Temporary until 31/03/2025 (potential for extension)
โฐ Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
๐ฐ Pay Rate: ยฃ11.59 per hour (increasing to ยฃ12.53 after 12 weeks)

Your Role as an Admin Officer:
You'll play a key role in keeping the court running efficiently while learning about the Statutory Declaration (Stat Dec) process. Your daily tasks will include:
๐น Administrative Support - Assist court staff and bailiffs with essential tasks.
๐น Data & Record Management - Keep court documents and records accurate and up to date.
๐น Effective Communication - Liaise with legal professionals, stakeholders, and court users.
๐น Team Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to enhance efficiency in court operations.
