Job Description

Role Overview:
As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the regional HQ. You'll enjoy a mix of responsibilities, giving you variety and the chance to make a real impact. With guidance from your team, you'll have room to exercise independent judgment and showcase your organizational skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing administrative support across various departments (recruitment, medical services, and more).
- Taking minutes, managing inboxes, and preparing specific letters.
- Ensuring key updates are communicated effectively within the chain of command.
- Compiling and analysing data, presenting findings in written reports.
- Overseeing administrative procedures
- Acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing routine correspondence and handling day-to-day office tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English) or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or equivalent clerical experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and oral communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Pay Rate: £14.19 per hour.
- Hours: Flexible schedule, 22 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Duration: Role available until 31/03/2025, with potential for extension based on performance and budget.
- Location: 27 Regiment Royal Logistics Corps, Travers Barracks, Alisons Road, Aldershot, Hampshire GU11 2BX
- Flexibility: Some flexibility around working hours to suit your needs.
