Brook Street is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at HMP Maghaberry. If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting healthcare services, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

• £11.67 per hour
• Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Temporary, on going.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective Communication: Liaise with various staff and departments to deliver seamless administrative support.
• Data Management: Utilise computer systems to maintain accurate patient information, including data entry and retrieval.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage waiting lists and schedule appointments to optimize clinical capacity.
• Patient Services Coordination: Book patient movement requests, interpreters, and other essential services.
• Typing Duties: Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language plus 1 year of experience; OR 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Other Requirements: A valid driving license and access to a car is essential.
