Brook Street are delighted to be supporting our client with their recruitment for x2 Administrators.
Role - Acw Administrator
Type - Temporary
Duration - Up until Dec 2025 with a high chance of a Permanent opportunity
Start date - ASAP
Hours - Monday to Friday
Location - Newcastle - Fully home working.
Rate of pay - £12.76 per hour
Job Purposes:
Responsible for all administrative activity undertaken by the Advisory and Complementary Workforce team (ACW). The post holder will provide high quality and effective customer service to the Directorates and the Advisory and Complementary workforce under the direction of the ACW Coordinator
Accountability's:
- Administers the scheduling process for the Advisory and Complementary workforce using data, statistics and workforce knowledge to ensure contribution is efficient and effective.
- Administers the welcome & engagement and compliance processes to the Advisory and Complementary workforce ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Forms strong relationships with all stakeholders they come into contact with to assist in championing and embedding scheduling, welcome & engagement and compliance processes.
- Respond to all resourcing requests in a timely manner in line with the service level agreement.
- Responsible for all administration relating to the scheduling process via the National Resource Planning Tool for CQCs ACW resource, this will include liaison with the workforce to collate availability for assessments and to ensure resource is accurately matched with Directorate need, minimising cost and ensuring value for money.
Skills required:
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills; an ability to deal with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Experience of dealing with volume queries and information flows.
- Good IT skills; competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing technologies and working practices in the workplace.
- Ability to follow a process with good attention to detail and consistent accuracy.

Must have a suitable space to work from home and internet connection.
