We have been developing our service for over 70 years, drawing upon our considerable experience of delivering proactive, tailored recruitment solutions to a range of clients across all industries and locations within the UK. For more than 30 years we have been successfully supplying high-quality staff to the Public Sector and are one of the largest suppliers of Administrative and Operational staff to Public Sector organisations across the UK. This includes Central Government, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Arm’s Length Bodies and Executive Agencies, and the Wider Public Sector.

Our established team has proven experience in executing complex multi-site programmes for clients with diverse skills requirements and has scalable implementations completed efficiently and effectively within compact timelines, enabling full continuity of day-to-day business operations to be maintained throughout the implementation process. We provide our contingent workers with training and upskilling opportunities via our Academies and bespoke training packages to aid retention, and we deliver additional savings opportunities via market mapping, intelligence and benchmarking programmes.

We also have on-site account management, supported by centralised SME functions, specialist CoRE teams (Centres of Recruitment Excellence) for scalable resourcing solutions (150+ specialist Consultants). Our Vetting & Compliance teams ensure robust screening and vetting processes are completed and verified prior to onboarding. The National Operational Network provides local market expertise in over 100 locations, plus specialist Technology and Talent Acquisition teams enabling most effective routes to talent, as well as retention and development.
