Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start!

Are you a hardworking and reliable warehouse operative looking for a long-term opportunity? My client in High Wycombe is expanding their warehouse team and is offering a 6-month temporary role - with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates!

• Pay Rate: £11.92 per hour (increasing to £12.23 per hour in April)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Shifts: Rotating shifts of 7:30am-4pm, 9am-5:30pm, and 11:30am-7:30pm (rotas provided 2 weeks in advance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading equipment (some heavy lifting required)
• Inspecting returned equipment for faults and reporting issues
• Stock checking and maintaining warehouse cleanliness

What We're Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Great attention to detail and initiative.
