Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client who is seeking to recruit a skilled Telesales Team Leader to join their expanding team

As a Telesales Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring top performance in meeting KPIs. Your role will involve motivating and guiding the team to consistently surpass targets. You will be responsible for both individual and team performance, enhancing sales effectiveness through coaching, development, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Telesales team to deliver and meet targets, while monitoring individual/personal performance.
  • Continuously develop the team through coaching and regular feedback.
  • Identify training needs and provide necessary training.

  • Drive engagement within team.
  • Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and appointments for the Field Sales Team.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • The ability to achieve KPI's including quantity of calls made daily, booked meetings & prospect/suspect growth.
  • Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly.
  • Updating CRM with correct information and setting tasks for call backs and follow up opportunities.
  • Liaise with various departments within the business to maximise opportunities.


Experience

  • Proven track record of managing a team, ideally within B2B sales, outbound sales teams or appointment setting environments.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Prior Telesales/Sales experience, preferably within the telecoms market.
  • Essential IT skills and CRM experience.
  • A strong, results-driven sales approach with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Can set an example, motivate team, is someone who is consistent, professional with great communication.


Salary will depend on background - 28-32k per annum,
