Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently recruiting a new Telesales Agent on behalf of our client located in Belfast city centre.

Our client has been in business for over 10 years and they have started expanding their telesales department and this has caused a need for a new telesales agent join their team

The role is telephone based and requires applicants to communicate with clients and negotiate sales from start to finish

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous telesales experience and have the ability to work in a targeted background.

The duties for the role are as follows:

• Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and appointments for the Field Sales Team.
• Achieving weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• The ability to achieve KPI's including quantity of calls made daily, booked meetings & prospect/suspect growth.
• Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly.
• Updating CRM with correct information and setting tasks for call backs and follow up opportunities.
• Liaise with various departments within the business to maximise opportunities.
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email
  
  

CRITERIA

• Previous telephone sales essential - preferably in telecom
• Must have goodl IT skills and CRM experience
• Be a team player whilst also having the ability to work on your own initiative
• Driven with a competitive nature.
• A positive attitude.

Salary will depend on background - 24-25k per annum plus bonus - OTE 10k per annum

Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm - Monday to Thursday - Finish at 4pm on Friday
