Hours: Monday to Friday (Shifts: 9am to 5:30pm and 10am to 6:30pm)

About the Role:

Join our vibrant, energetic office where you'll thrive in a fun environment with friendly colleagues. We're looking for confident, sociable individuals with a flair for sales to make outbound cold calls and sell life insurance policies to a targeted audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through outbound cold calls to promote and sell life insurance policies.
• Utilize an automated dialler system to streamline your calls.
• Update and maintain customer records in our in-house database.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in upselling, face-to-face sales, telephone sales, or cold calling.
• A dynamic personality with a confident telephone manner.
• People with a passion for hitting sales targets.
