Job Description
Brook Street are working on an exciting contract opportunity for a 6-month position as a Technical Project Manager. In this role you would be responsible for the delivery of a variety of concurrent technical projects identified as priority roadmap deliverables for the Microsoft Roadmap.
About the role
As the Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with key business stakeholders-including Business Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and IT Leads-to develop clear, actionable plans for project delivery and communication. You will ensure that all deliverables are achieved on time and meet the defined business benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of technical projects aligned with the Microsoft Product Roadmap.
- Form strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams, including Business Owners, Product Managers, Engineers, and IT Leads.
- Develop clear, actionable, and manageable project plans for delivery, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are fully owned and that progress is maintained by holding team members accountable through efficient planning.
- Leverage your experience in agile methodologies to drive project success and transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring engagement and alignment to meet business expectations and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring each aligns with the overall product strategy and business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Lead and manage D365, Microsoft and data solutions and delivery rollouts on allocated projects, including consultation with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications, delivering solutions that are fit for purpose, on time and on budget.
- Take on the role as MS Product Squad SCRUM master to deliver agile sprints, driving collaboration and project success and ensuring the correct stakeholders are involved.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and leaders.
- Ability to create and manage project plans, ensuring clear ownership of deliverables and timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve project roadblocks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex, high-priority projects across multiple functions.
