Job Description

Join our client, a market-leading boiler company, as an experienced Technical Advisor. Work as part of a team to provide expert technical advice to gas engineers and customers. Comprehensive training is provided.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Location:

  • Belper, Derby (office-based)

Salary and Hours:

  • £25,756 per annum, plus bonus up to £1,500 and available overtime
  • 39.5 hours per week
  • Hours: 8 am - 6 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9 am - 12 pm (Saturday)

Start Date:

  • As soon as possible

Your Role:

  • Provide technical advice to Gas Safe registered engineers and end users
  • Interpret and explain technical information clearly and diplomatically over the phone
