Job Description

Our client are looking for experienced technical advisors to join their market leading boiler company. Working part of the team to provide technical advice to gas engineers and customers.

Minimum Requirements: A passion for customer service, good problem solving aptitude which allows you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.

Location: Belper, Derby (office based)

Salary: £25,756, plus bonus up to £1,500 per annum. Overtime also available

Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Between the hours of 8am -6pm Mon-Fri and 9am -12pm on a Saturday.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Role: Working as part of the service technical department to provide advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users. Interpreting and explaining technical information and instructions over the telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
