Job Description

Team Manager - Supported Living L&D Adults
Location: Enfield EN1
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: £39,587 per annum


Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Team Manager to oversee their Learning Disability Supported Living services in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with extensive experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.


About the Role
As a Team Manager, you will:
- Assess new referrals and develop comprehensive transition, move-in, support, and risk management plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of support workers and deputies, fostering a culture of positive behaviour support.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs and outcomes.
- Manage the service within budget and performance indicators, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
- Maintain a safe, effective, caring, and well-led service, striving for an "Outstanding" CQC rating.


About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
-3+ years' experience delivering person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
-1+ years' experience managing a service in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service users.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team while ensuring staff are well-trained and supported.
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and implementing support & risk management plans.
- The ability to deliver creative, flexible services that positively impact lives.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and empowering individuals to lead independent lives.
- Knowledge of managing budgets (desirable).
