Job Description
Swedish Speaking Outbound Customer Service Advisor - London
Permanent Position - Full-Time, Hybrid
Salary: £28,850 p/a + Bonus
As an outbound Customer Service Advisor, you are in the best position to support our new consumers providing support in transitioning from the traditional method of smoking to a healthier alternative. You will engage with the consumers to ensure they get the individual assistance they require by offering extra support and resolving their enquiries ensuring our consumers receive excellent customer service and their expectations are met.
Skills Requirements
- Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
- Ensure all operational processes are followed and keep up-to-date with all new procedures, products and services
- Respect all applicable legal requirements
- Follow and apply regulations on Data Privacy
- Commit to results and targets set
- Fluent in Swedish - you will be speaking to Customers in Sweden
- You will also need a good standard (C1+) of English as some systems and information will be provided in English.
- Experience of at least 6 months in the same or similar Customer facing position
- Very good knowledge of retention products, procedures and services
- Willingness to constantly update knowledge about company processes
Please note that while you will support a specific contract, whose opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00.
